About the Role
We are hiring a Data Analyst – Hotel Revenue Intelligence based in the Dallas area to analyze hotel performance across Texas and the Midwest.
This role sits at the intersection of hospitality, analytics, and revenue management. You will study booking trends, pickup patterns, pricing performance, market demand, and regional behavior to generate insights that directly improve Empower, Stayflexi's AI-powered Revenue Management platform.
Your work will influence product decisions, pricing recommendations, and help hundreds of hotels maximize their revenue.
What You'll Do
- Analyze hotel booking, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and revenue performance across Texas and Midwest markets.
- Monitor daily and weekly revenue pickup trends and identify meaningful changes.
- Discover which cities, markets, hotel types, and demand segments are outperforming or underperforming.
- Build dashboards and reports that clearly communicate market performance.
- Identify seasonal trends, local events, and market drivers impacting hotel demand.
