Sourcing Intelligence Manager – Logistics and Services Supply Chain This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Sourcing Intelligence - Develop and maintain benchmarks across logistics lanes and spare parts commodities. - Provide data-driven insights for sourcing strategies, negotiations, and business planning. 2. RFQ & Commercial Analytics - Support RFIs, RFQs, and renegotiations through rate normalization, cost modeling, and scenario analysis. - Enable fact-based negotiations using structured analytics and sensitivity analysis. 3. Savings Governance & Cost Control - Apply standardized savings and cost avoidance methodologies. - Track negotiated vs realized value and identify leakage risks. 4. Supply Assurance & Risk Intelligence Analyze supply chain risks including shortages, capacity constraints, pricing volatility, and supplier performance. - Provide actionable recommendations to mitigate risks and improve supply continuity. 5. Supplier & Market Intelligence - Monitor market trends, cost drivers, and supplier performance metrics. - Support supplier evaluations and strategic sourcing initiatives. 6. Digital Enablement & Continuous Improvement - Drive improvements using advanced Excel, BI tools, and AI-enabled analytics. - Support digital sourcing tools and define analytics
requirements for future-state systems. 7. Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with Sourcing, Supply Assurance, Finance, Operations, and Digital teams globally. - Align analytics outputs with business objectives and strategy execution. What you need to bring: Education and Experience Required: -10–15 years of experience in sourcing analytics, supply chain analytics, logistics, or spare parts sourcing. - Strong understanding of logistics cost structures and/or spare parts supply chains. - Experience supporting sourcing decisions, negotiations, and supply assurance initiatives. - Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Knowledge and Skills: Analytical & Technical Skills - Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. - Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI) and SQL preferred. - Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics and digital tools.
