The role will primarily focus on coordinating air freight exports, imports, and third-country shipments while ensuring timely deliveries, regulatory compliance, and seamless stakeholder communication. Key
Responsibilities: Supervise and manage air freight operations for sample exports, imports, and third-country shipments. Coordinate with airlines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners to ensure timely shipment execution. Prepare, review, and maintain all shipment-related documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping instructions, airway bills, and customs documents. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs
requirements, and internal policies. Monitor shipment progress proactively and resolve any operational issues or delays. Collaborate closely with sales, customer service, and internal stakeholders to support business
requirements. Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and logistics partners regarding shipment status and documentation. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure process accuracy and compliance. Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes and improve operational efficiency and cost effectiveness. Maintain accurate shipment records and generate periodic reports and MIS as required. Required
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Commerce, or a related field. Certification in Export-Import Management or Supply Chain Management is preferred. Experience: 2–5 years of experience in EXIM operations with a focus on sample shipments, air freight, and international logistics. Hands-on experience in handling export, import, and third-country shipments. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of international shipping documentation and customs procedures. Familiarity with Incoterms, DGFT guidelines, and international trade regulations. Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and airlines. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
