Responsibilities: - Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. - Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural steel fabrication, painting, and erection. - Perform quantity take-offs from structural drawings and 3D models. - Evaluate material
requirements, fabrication hours, subcontracting, and logistics costs. - Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project teams during bid preparation. - Identify project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities. - Prepare commercial and technical bid documentation within project timelines.
