Engineering Manager (Identity) Department: Directorate of Business Platform Employment Type: Full Time Location: Cyprus Description We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team building and operating a secure, scalable and highly available identity platform for our digital products.
The team owns critical identity capabilities such as authentication, authorisation, user and service identities, access control, session management, identity lifecycle, integration APIs and platform reliability. Key
Responsibilities Lead and grow engineering teams, supporting new developers' adaptation and career development Manage project planning, execution, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality and on-time software delivery Align engineering efforts with business goals through close collaboration with stakeholders Develop and optimize engineering processes, tools, and technologies in collaboration with
