About the role
We are looking for a Staff Product Marketer with 3–8 years of experience to become Giga's first-ever PMM hire — owning how one of the fastest-growing enterprise AI companies shows up in the market. This is a category-defining opportunity at a Series A inflection point: you'll build the positioning, messaging, and sales enablement function from the ground up at a company already trusted by DoorDash and competing head-to-head with Sierra ($10B) and Decagon ($4.5B).
What will you be doing?

Own Giga's market positioning and messaging framework — defining how we win against larger, better-known competitors like Sierra and Decagon

Translate complex, technical AI product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise business and technical buyers

Build core sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, objection guides, demo narratives) and run ongoing training with the sales team

Lead GTM strategy and execution for new product launches, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing

Own competitive intelligence and develop category-level thought leadership to shape how the market thinks about AI-powered customer experience
Key Requirements

3–8 years of product marketing experience at a high-growth enterprise SaaS or AI startup (VP/Director-level titles are a red flag)

Proven track record building PMM function from scratch — positioning frameworks, messaging, GTM launches, and competitive intelligence

Direct experience partnering with sales: sat on calls, built enablement materials, and demonstrably improved win rates or pipeline
