About the role
We are looking for a Staff Frontend Infrastructure Engineer with 5+ years of experience to build the foundational tools and systems that empower our frontend engineers. You are a great fit if you have a background in design systems or developer experience, possess strong opinions on frontend API design, and enjoy creating abstractions that other engineers use daily. Your work will be critical in scaling our engineering team as we build the go-to AI platform for enterprise automation.
What will you be doing?
- Build and maintain a component library with clean APIs and great documentation.
- Create developer tooling (CLIs, build tools, automation) to speed up frontend workflows.
- Improve code quality with type checking, linting rules, and testing utilities.
- Establish scalable frontend architecture patterns for state management and data fetching.
- Drive adoption of frontend foundations and best practices across the team.
