About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative with 1–2 years of experience to join Pulse as a founding BDR, helping shape the top-of-funnel go-to-market motion at one of SF's fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies. You'll be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, brings creative outbound instincts, and is excited to build process — not just follow it.
What will you be doing?

Own and action a tiered inbound lead backlog while running targeted outbound sequences against enterprise accounts

Research accounts, identify the right personas (data, AI, and operations leaders), and craft compelling multi-touch outreach

Qualify opportunities and book meetings for AEs, with quota tied directly to opportunities created

Build and refine BDR process from the ground up — sequences, cadences, CRM hygiene, and account prioritization

Partner closely with AEs and the broader GTM team to develop account strategies and support pipeline growth
Key Requirements

1–2 years of full-time BDR/SDR experience in B2B software (no new grads; no more than 3 jobs in that period)

Startup experience required — must be comfortable building process without a playbook handed to them

Demonstrated curiosity about technical products (ML, data infrastructure, AI); comfortable speaking with engineering and data teams
