About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience to own a subdomain of interface.ai's agentic AI platform from start to finish. That covers sequencing and defending the roadmap, and making sure what ships actually works. interface.ai is a Series A, cash-flow positive company serving 100+ banks and credit unions. It is launching new products quickly and needs a high-ownership, first-principles PM who will work directly with the CEO and VP of Product.
What will you be doing?
- Owning outcomes and metrics for a defined subdomain or initiative, not just shipping features
- Building, sequencing and defending your area's roadmap within the direction set by product leadership
- Working with senior engineers almost every day and debating technical tradeoffs, not just handing off tickets
- Running discovery and turning customer and stakeholder input into a plan you stand behind
- Mentoring the PM2 working in your area
