Overview
Opencall is a Y Combinator-backed startup building AI phone agents that do the work of call center and front desk teams. We help healthcare organizations handle high volumes of inbound and outbound phone workflows with better speed, consistency, and coverage. Our agents are already being used in real operations across large practices and multi-location groups.
We are hiring an experienced Account Executive to help drive growth in the dental market. This is not a junior SDR role. We are looking for someone who can source opportunities, open doors, run strong discovery, manage complex sales cycles, and drive deals from initial outreach through close. The right person understands how to sell into dental organizations, is comfortable operating with urgency, and has experience navigating mid-market and enterprise buyers.
This role is based in person in either San Francisco or New York City and works closely with the founders. For exceptional candidates, we would consider a hybrid/remote arrangement.
This is a chance to join early, work directly with the founding team, and sell a product that solves a real operational problem with clear economic value. You will have real ownership, meaningful exposure to strategy, and the ability to shape how Opencall grows in dentistry.

Salary
Base: $100K–$140K + uncapped commission with accelerators
