About the role
We are looking for a Founding Product Manager with 6–10 years of experience to own the entire product function at Supa Health — a fast-moving AI healthcare startup replacing manual RCM work with agentic AI. You'll be the first dedicated PM, setting the shape of how product gets built, communicated, and shipped across an AI scribe, AI receptionist, and agentic back-office platform. This is a high-ownership, low-bureaucracy role for someone who thrives in chaos and wants to build something real.
What will you be doing?
- Own the product roadmap across multiple verticals (AI front desk, RCM claims) — from ideation through release
- Be the face to customers: run onboarding, manage relationships, set expectations, and close the feedback loop into the roadmap
- Write clear PRDs and specs that engineering can actually execute on without guessing
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, and support teams to drive milestones and unblock execution
- Proactively surface risks, communicate status, and keep all stakeholders aligned without being asked
Key Requirements
- 6+ years in product management with meaningful end-to-end ownership of a product or major surface
- B2B SaaS background — must have experience managing enterprise or business customers, not B2C
- Experience at a large, structured company (e.g. Google, Uber, Stripe) where you learned the craft of PM — writing real PRDs, managing stakeholders, driving roadmaps
- Comfortable talking directly to customers — setting expectations, handling escalations, and shaping the roadmap from those conversations
- Self-starter who can operate without a playbook — no one will hand you Linear tickets; you create the structure
