While your primary work location will be your registered home address, you are required to be available for in-person attendance at strategic meetings, client visits, conferences, and team events for a minimum of 6 days per month. Travel expenses associated with these

requirements will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy. Why this Role Matters The Account Executive is responsible for selling the full suite of our solutions to drive new revenue in Large Law accounts. This is a high impact position that contributes to our overall growth by delivering sales through strategic account management, influence, relationship-building, and value-based selling. An Account Executive works with other team members to build and cultivate relationships to identify and execute on new growth opportunities, including substantial expansion within current clients. Account Executives are expected to manage the deal process from discovery through close. What You'll Deliver Attain monthly and quarterly sales targets Earn credibility as a trusted advisor for key contacts within each customer in your territory Actively listen, understand customer objectives, and articulate relevant technology and business trends and

benefits Develop detailed territory and account plans by working cross-functionally Expand relationships and grow our partnership within each customer Prospect into current customer accounts for cross-sell opportunities Role Progression Within 1 Month, You Will: Complete New Hire Onboarding Participate in instructor-led Sales Bootcamp Learn best practices, processes, and business tools, including Salesforce and Microsoft Office Be prepared to effectively manage all steps in the sales process Within 3 Months, You Will: Prepare, present, and begin executing on a strategic territory growth plan Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations with support from Pre-Sales and other team members Prospect and close deals Within 6 Months, You Will: Manage full sales cycle for territory/region Consistently generate new pipeline to drive growth Be a key contributor to Sales QBR presentations for your territory What You'll Bring: Sold SaaS to law firm, legal, and/or equivalent personas 5+ years of sales career progressions Demonstrable success in hitting and exceeding sales quotas Energized by navigating complex organizations and decision-making processes Quickly learn and evangelize technology solutions to challenging business problems Keen on organization, collaboration, and getting things done Comfortable with a quickly changing environment Thrive on open transparency, communication, and collaboration internally and externally Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint What You’ll Experience A team that shows up. Pay Transparency Notice for New Jersey, New York and Massachusetts Applicants: The annual salary range for this position is $85,000 to $125, 000 with an OTE of $200,000 to $275,000. Actual

compensation is determined by factors including education, work experience, certifications, and other relevant

qualifications. Litera offers a comprehensive
