Product Marketing Manager

Vancouver, BC

About the role

About Us Suger is a YC-backed, Series A B2B SaaS company helping software vendors scale revenue through cloud marketplaces like AWS, Azure, and GCP. We power the entire cloud GTM motion — listing, co-selling, transaction, and revenue operations — for fast-growing software companies. We're headquartered in San Francisco with a growing engineering hub in Vancouver, and we're preparing for our next stage of growth. Today, we’re working 300+ amazing customers, ranging from top AI companies like the LLM labs, Decagon, Glean, to large enterprises like Snowflake, Workday, and Intel. As our Product Marketing Manager, you'll be a foundational marketing hire, owning how Suger is positioned, packaged, and communicated to the market. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Customer Success - translating a technical, fast-evolving product into messaging that resonates with revenue leaders, cloud alliance teams, and RevOps buyers. We work in a hybrid work model, with 4 days per week in the Downtown office. \n In this role, you will Own positioning and messaging across the Suger product suite, differentiating us in the cloud marketplace and cloud GTM category Lead product launches end-to-end: narrative, launch plans, enablement, and post-launch measurement Build sales enablement assets - pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies - that help AEs and CSMs win and expand accounts Develop customer and market insights through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, and competitive research Partner with Product on roadmap storytelling and with Sales on deal support for strategic opportunities Create content that drives pipeline: website copy, solution briefs, webinars, and thought leadership on cloud marketplace GTM Support co-marketing initiatives with cloud partners (AWS, Azure, GCP) We're seeking someone with experience including: 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, with meaningful time spent in a fast-paced startup environment. (

bonus: cloud infrastructure, marketplaces, RevOps, or fintech-adjacent products) Ambiguity doesn't scare you - it excites you as an opportunity to build. Proven track record launching products and building messaging for technical buyers. You are proficient with LLMs/AI assistants and automation platforms (e.g., Claude Code, n8n) to force-multiply your output. Strong writing and storytelling skills — you can turn complex workflows into crisp, compelling narratives. Experience partnering closely with sales teams and building enablement that actually gets used Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you've thrived at an early-stage startup or built a PMM function from limited resources Familiarity with cloud marketplaces (AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, GCP Marketplace) or cloud alliance ecosystems is a strong plus Why You Join Us Base Pay Range: $100,000 - 140,000 CAD Competitive

compensation and equity plan. Monthly office stipends for lunch and commute-related

benefits. Extended health care, dental, vision, and life insurance. Work alongside a top-notch team with experience at Google, Meta, Salesforce, Pave, Motive, and Square - building AI agent and AI infrastructure SaaS that powers revenue workflows. Own a major pillar of our go-to-market strategy from day one — a foundational role with ownership over our market narrative as we scale toward Series B. \n

About Suger

The cloud marketplaces on AWS, Azure, and GCP have become the App Store for B2B software products. It’s growing close to 100% year-over-year since it gives software sellers access to cloud budgets and makes procurement 40% faster. The core problem is the cloud marketplace is hard to navigate and requires an upfront technical investment without knowing the expected ROI. Suger eliminates the need to reinvent the wheel with your own engineering resource or spend a fortune on consulting-based solutions.
