YOUR IMPACT We are looking for an experienced and versatile Program Manager to join our WW Sales Organization. Reporting to the WW Sales Strategy and Transformation function, the position is instrumental in delivering strategic initiatives and support achievement of growth targets. WHAT
THE ROLE OFFERS Working in a highly energetic and dynamic environment, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior sales leadership and global support functions to: Partner with Sales Leadership to drive business cadence (QBRs, pipeline & leadership reviews), deliver materials and follow through Identify, execute and report on strategic sales initiatives Monitor and analyse scorecard metrics to assess effectiveness and business
benefits of growth programs and align on areas of course correction Create executive-ready presentations and business narratives Perform other
responsibilities and tasks as required, including but not limited to, executive reporting, meeting coordination and business planning/ reviews Lead cross-functional initiatives and programs, coordinating activities and resources while providing regular progress updates against key milestones, ensuring on-time delivery. Manage multiple concurrent projects, tracking action items, resolving issues, and mitigating risks in close partnership with Sales Leadership. Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in program and project management, strategy, or sales operations. Ideal candidate has experience from top tier Management Consulting firm Experience supporting Sales organizations and go-to-market initiatives Strong understanding of enterprise sales environments Strong sense of ownership, ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to navigate complex multinational and matrix-based organizations, being highly skilled at working cross-functionally and building processes, communication and trust across teams – be the ‘glue’ of the extended team Flexible and adaptable to time-sensitive situations and the need to work outside of conventional hours to coordinate with team members globally Proficiency in Word, Excel and Salesforce Advanced PowerPoint & storytelling abilities Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ONE LAST THING OpenText is more than just a corporation, it's a global community where trust is foundational, the bar is raised, and outcomes are owned.
