About the role
Your mission is to make the Logistics Brain think. You will build the reasoning pipelines that convert messy carrier contracts and invoices into clean, canonical schemas. You aren't just a prompt engineer; you are a software builder who designs the RAG architectures and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) systems that define our product's intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Pioneering: Work on the most challenging problems within the logistics space, building an innovative product that revolutionizes how people handle logistics.
- Design Intelligent Pipelines: Use Spec-Driven Design to define the behavior and expected outcomes of LLM-based reasoning services. Optimize Data Retrieval: Build and refine RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and vector database implementations for hyper-accurate extraction. Engineer for HITL: Create robust feedback loops that allow human correction to inform and improve our model-tuning and evaluation strategies. Scale Reasoning Workflows: Integrate AI-driven document processing into core system workflows, ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency at scale. Pioneer AI Tooling: Stay at the absolute frontier of AI development, using the best selected agents and plugins for each task to build and iterate faster than traditional teams.
What we are looking for
- You have 2–3 years of experience in a software engineering role with a heavy focus on implementing LLMs and Machine Learning.
- You take a "Software-First" approach to AI, prioritizing production reliability, latency, and evaluation frameworks.
- You have experience building data normalization pipelines and working with unstructured document reasoning.
- You are a power user of AI coding tools, leveraging them to maintain an extreme execution pace.
- You are proficient in written and spoken English.
Not required, but excellent if:
- You have experience with document translation and OCR cleanup at scale.
