About the role
Spectral Labs is building foundation models for engineering physical systems. We're looking for a senior product manager to decide what those models become as products: owning the roadmap, spending real time with mechanical engineers, and turning ambiguous problems into clear requirements and measurable outcomes for research and engineering. You bring 7–10 years in product management on technical products, experience building ML- or AI-powered products, and the technical depth to work directly with researchers. Product experience with CAD, PLM, or simulation software is a big plus. We're excited about people who can make an impact, whatever their background.
This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF. Compensation and equity total $300–400k annually. We sponsor visas end-to-end, and benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting.
About Spectral Labs
Spectral Labs is a spatial intelligence company building foundation models for the next generation of engineering design. Existing foundation models lack inherent spatial understanding and thus cannot meaningfully perform critical roles in engineering design and manufacturing. We train large models which lack these restrictions and can engineer physical systems. We believe our approach represents a significant step towards AI systems that can intelligently design and reason about physical systems.
