You will review application architectures for access patterns, identity integration, data flow, tenant isolation, compliance alignment, and operational readiness before production adoption. You will partner with product engineering, security, compliance, service operations, and business stakeholders to deliver Customer Zero feedback and improve enterprise service capabilities. You will define platform standards for observability, troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, automation, reliability, and supportability across multi-tenant environments. You will use telemetry, network traces, protocol-level analysis, and operational signals to identify issues and drive improvements in service design and implementation. You will mentor engineers and influence architecture decisions through design reviews, technical documentation, reusable patterns, and pragmatic governance. You will identify opportunities to automate tenant management, access governance, platform administration, and operational workflows using Azure, PowerShell, APIs, and AI-assisted engineering approaches. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 9+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Hands-on experience with Azure architecture, cloud operations, automation, monitoring, service reliability, and secure engineering practices. Understanding of messaging, collaboration, and connectivity protocols including SMTP, POP, IMAP, OAuth, HTTP, DNS, and network trace analysis. Proven ability to lead architecture reviews, produce technical designs, perform incident analysis, and collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, security, and product teams. Experience designing and operating large-scale multi-tenant platforms with a focus on scalability, resiliency, observability, governance, and operational excellence. Experience leading architecture reviews, defining technical standards, and driving platform modernization initiatives across multiple engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to influence technical strategy and build alignment across engineering, security, operations, compliance, and product organizations. Experience partnering with product groups through Customer Zero programs, feature validation, early-adopter engagements, or enterprise technology adoption initiatives.
