About the role
We are looking for a Lead Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to run our design function end-to-end and fully integrate our AI companion, AI Ally, throughout our investing app. We need a highly creative, slightly technical designer who can build memorable, cohesive experiences as we scale post-Series A.
What will you be doing?
- Running the design function end-to-end as an individual contributor.
- Fully integrating our investing companion, AI Ally, into every part of the app to make the experience come alive.
- Designing bold, visually appealing, and highly aesthetic flows and moments.
- Partnering directly with founders to shape product strategy and roadmap.
- Creating cohesive, polished, and uncluttered user experiences.
Key Requirements
- Must be an absolute expert in Figma (dealbreaker).
- Ability to produce highly polished, bold, and creative designs (not clunky or cluttered).
- Slightly technical mindset with an understanding of investing, fintech, and AI insights.
- Proven ability to own 0→1 products and build cohesive experiences.
- Willingness to complete a fast-turnaround design challenge as part of the interview process.
