responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, identifying, engaging, and evaluating top candidates.</li> <li>Source and maintain a pipeline of strong, passive candidates.</li> <li>Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company.</li> <li>Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates, establishing regular touchpoints and maintaining thorough follow-through.</li> <li>Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives that improve the recruitment process for the recruiting team, candidates, and the hiring panel.</li> <li>Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates.</li> <li>Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience.</li> </ul> <h3>What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring?</h3> <p>Ideal candidates will have:</p> <ul> <li>5 or more years of experience recruiting technical talent in high tech or SaaS.</li> <li>Experience hiring for a globally scaled engineering organization, with hours flexibility as required to meet with teams across the US, Israel, Czechia, and India.</li> <li>Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Findem, and Claude.</li> <li>Fluency with AI as part of your recruiting craft.</li> <li>

Compensation and equity literacy, including the ability to negotiate around total

compensation packages.</li> <li>A strong focus on stakeholder and candidate experience, with excellent negotiation and closing skills.</li> <li>Proven ability to collaborate effectively with senior business leaders and work well across teams.</li> <li>Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment, with the ability to track and leverage key metrics.</li> <li>Comfort with ambiguity and a high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment, with proven organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize.</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse ATS.</li> </ul> <h3>Why SentinelOne?</h3> <p>AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment.
