The Opportunity We are opening our San Francisco office and hiring founding Software Engineers to build the core AI systems that power InstaLILY’s platform and West Coast growth. This is not a maintenance role—you will help define our technical architecture, product surface area, and engineering culture from day one. You’ll work closely with the founding engineering, product, and GTM teams to ship production-grade AI teammates used by enterprise customers in revenue-critical workflows. Your work will directly influence how we scale across customers, verticals, and markets. This role offers deep mentorship from senior engineering and company leadership, direct exposure to enterprise customers, and ownership over systems that matter. As the SF office grows, top performers will take on technical leadership and platform ownership.
