Major Accountabilities: Assist in the design and analysis of thermal management systems for electronic and mechanical components. Support the development of cooling solutions and heat dissipation strategies using computational tools and simulation software. Conduct CFD simulations to analyze fluid flow, heat transfer, and thermal performance of mechanical systems. Assist in performing structural analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate the strength, stiffness, and durability of mechanical components and assemblies. Utilize CAD software such as CATIA, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Autodesk Inventor, and PTC Creo to create and modify mechanical designs. Apply knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques to support the fabrication and assembly of mechanical components. Assist in conducting FMEA studies to identify potential failure modes, assess risks, and develop mitigation strategies for mechanical systems. Ensure compliance with GD&T standards and specifications in mechanical designs and drawings. Assist in interpreting GD&T
requirements and applying them accurately to component designs.
