About us At CYCLE, we’re redefining urban mobility for the people who keep cities moving: couriers, riders, and delivery pros. Our e-bike subscription service combines durable vehicles, fast repairs, and real support, everything riders need to stay on the road. From Berlin to London, Vienna to Amsterdam, we operate in 200+ cities across Europe, providing thousands of riders with bikes built for work, not for show. Your Mission You will coordinate the technical development of our new products (ebikes, cargo bikes, e-mopeds) from scratch until they are ready for series production. To do this, you will work with suppliers to ensure manufacturing and assembly feasibility and resolve any technical issues during the specification and development cycles. You will also develop our existing products by testing and evaluating integrated hardware components and finding alternative parts for the bikes (practical, mechanical and electrical components). You will travel to our production sites to monitor the work of the manufacturers (Europe and Asia). Your skills and qualifications Background in Mechanical -, Design-, Industrial-, Aeronautical-, Automotive- or Mechatronic Engineering. E-bike or bike development (not mandatory). Working with Manufacturers and suppliers (Asia based). Hardware development and project management. Product life cycle management. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
