We are looking for a Founding Product Marketer with 5+ years of experience to own product marketing end-to-end at a fast-growing AI startup building the platform that powers AI Agents at companies like Anthropic, Midjourney, and Clay. You'll be the first product marketing hire, reporting directly to the CEO, and will define how Inkeep shows up in the world — from positioning and narrative to launches, sales enablement, and brand voice. This is a role for someone who is senior in judgment and craft but still wants to be hands-on: writing the launch post, sitting in on customer calls, and shaping what gets shipped next. You'll have meaningful scope, real ownership, and the freedom to build the product marketing function from scratch.
What will you be doing?
Own positioning, messaging, and narrative for Inkeep and individual products — defining what we say, who we say it to, and why it matters as the platform and category evolve
Lead product launches end-to-end: plan, write launch content (blog posts, landing pages, social, video scripts), coordinate cross-functional execution, and measure results
Enable sales and customer-facing teams with pitch decks, one-pagers, demo flows, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides
Be the voice of the customer — run interviews, sit in on calls, study product usage, and bring insights back to influence roadmap and pricing
Build the PLG playbook and establish the systems, rituals, and quality bar that a future product marketing team will inherit
Inkeep helps companies ship AI Agents for customer experience, GTM, and operations teams.
Inkeep Agents are deployed at scale today with leading companies like Anthropic, Midjourney, Clay, and PostHog to help with everything from customer support to in-product copilots to sales.
Our Agent Engineering team works closely with Enterprises and high-growth teams to deliver on reliable agents quickly, but we also offer a full open source platform so your teams can own and manage agents in the long run.
Accessibility is our goal: agents can be edited and managed by both engineers and business teams, all in a single platform.
Business teams get an intuitive drag-and-drop visual builder while engineers get developer SDK with type safety, CI/CD, version control, and all the code-based tools they expect.

No applications, no recruiter spam. Just the intro.
A few questions to make sure this role is the right shape for you. Two minutes.
I write the intro, send it to the founder, and handle the back-and-forth.
If they’re a yes, I book the chat. You show up — that’s the whole job-hunt.
