Job Description As a Strategic AIoT Solution Development Manager, you will deliver automation, informatization, and digitalization solutions to clients and internal teams. You will independently drive requirement analysis, solution design, and optimization, while conducting English-language client meetings and cross-regional coordination with Global teams. Responsibilities: Develop deep understanding of client business scenarios, operational processes, and pain points; identify opportunities for automation, informatization, and digitalization improvement. Independently or as lead, develop solution designs, optimize proposals, and prepare technical recommendations, client presentation materials, and tender support documents. Rapidly adapt and deliver executable solutions in response to shifting client
requirements, project constraints, competitive dynamics, and internal resource availability. Conduct client meetings, email correspondence, solution presentations, and cross-regional team coordination in English. Maintain effective communication with Global and Cross-Region teams; facilitate sharing and alignment of key opportunities, best practices, technical resources, and capability modules across regions. Identify replicable, standardizable, and scalable application or solution modules during project execution and pre-sales support; drive formation of reusable capabilities. Propose productization, modularization, and regional replication strategies based on business needs, market trends, and project experience; coordinate resources for implementation. Collaborate with Sales, Technical, Delivery, Product, Procurement, and Partner teams to advance solutions from conceptual design to commercial realization. Perform foundational business analysis from perspectives of cost, investment, budget, revenue, and ROI; communicate findings effectively with clients and internal management. Support strategic account expansion, critical project advancement, executive-level engagements, and industry solution development; participate in strategic planning discussions as needed. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. 8+ years of experience in automation, industrial informatization, smart manufacturing, system integration, or related fields. Familiar with the fundamental architecture of automation and informatization; understand the relationships across the device layer, control layer, execution layer, system layer, and business layer. Strong solutioning capability—able to independently create, refine, and present solutions, and drive them through to implementation. Proficiency in English as a working language; capable of meeting communication, email exchange, solution presentation, and cross-cultural collaboration. Proven ability to work with Global and Cross-Region teams; able to drive consensus and coordination across different organizations, geographies, and cultural contexts. Strong product sense; able to identify scalable applications from project or client scenarios and assess their reuse value, business significance, and resource
requirements. Strategic planning capability; able to provide recommendations from perspectives of business development, organizational alignment, regional expansion, and implementation pacing. Understanding of basic financial language; able to interpret and apply concepts such as cost, budget, ROI, gross margin, and payback period. Strong structured thinking, communication skills, and cross-functional coordination ability; able to articulate key points clearly to technical teams, sales teams, and management. Results-oriented with resource integration capability; able to drive key initiatives forward under conditions of incomplete resources. Willingness to travel at a moderate frequency and accommodate cross-time-zone communications. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Project experience with MES, WMS, WCS, SCADA, ERP, Industrial Data Platforms, or Smart Manufacturing. Project experience in Logistics Automation, Factory Automation, Digital Factory, or System Integration. Experience in pre-sales solutioning, industry consulting, productization initiatives, or cross-regional coordination. Experience with overseas projects, Global reporting lines, or cross-regional matrix organizations. Demonstrated success in transforming project experience into standardized solutions, templates, modules, or product capabilities. Experience delivering English presentations to client executives, regional management, or corporate headquarters teams. Our
