What You'll Do: Build and evolve Groove, a fullstack platform that supports planning, collaboration, and execution across Spotify. Design and deliver features including initiative tracking, planning workflows, and dependency management. Work across the stack using React, TypeScript, Java, GraphQL, PostgreSQL, and Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) to build end-to-end solutions. Partner closely with product managers and designers to understand user needs and create intuitive, effective experiences. Ensure reliability through testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production. Participate in an on-call rotation and help respond to production incidents when needed. Improve the performance, scalability, and maintainability of frontend and backend systems. Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity while maintaining ownership of quality, correctness, and outcomes. Lead the design and delivery of complex, high-impact features across the stack. Own problems end-to-end, from shaping ambiguous
