LegalOS is building the AI-native immigration law firm for the world’s top talent and the companies that hire them. High-stakes immigration cases — O-1s, EB-1s, L-1s, H-1Bs, and other employment-based visas are still handled through slow, expensive, manual law firm workflows. LegalOS combines AI agents trained on decades of immigration case data with attorney oversight to prepare USCIS-ready work visa petitions dramatically faster than traditional firms.
LegalOS seeks to retain an experienced Management Consultant, on a temporary and deliverables-based independent consulting engagement, to advise the company’s executive leadership Matthew, our CEO, & Rachel, our COO, on
go-to-market strategy and commercial operations. The consultant’s services are directed toward improving LegalOS’s managerial, operating, and economic performance as the company transitions from founder-led sales to a documented, repeatable commercial operating model run by LegalOS’s own personnel.
The engagement will be governed by a written consulting agreement setting out the scope of services, deliverables, consulting fee, and end date.
The consultant will provide the following advisory services:
Analyze the company’s existing go-to-market operations — including live pipeline, outreach, and meeting data — and deliver a consolidated go-to-market strategy distinguishing qualified pipeline from raw outbound activity and identifying stale opportunities.
Recommend a single qualification standard and a 90-day operating plan with defined ownership, and advise management on its adoption.
Design and document repeatable processes for engaging each new customer cohort end to end — spanning research and prioritization, outreach, qualification, and follow-up — for operation by LegalOS’s own team.
Advise on the company’s enterprise sales approach, including target account criteria, pricing structure, objection handling, and preparation for enterprise engagements.
Assess the company’s CRM and pipeline management practices, recommend remediation of existing records and pipeline standards, and advise on the implementation of a pre-qualification process that scores discovery calls and routes each to the appropriate next step.
The consultant must possess one of the following:
