Financial crime is a trillion-dollar problem. The technology to fight it exists and we're already selling it. Now we need the person to scale it.
At Strise, we build AI-powered products that help financial institutions fight financial crime, turning complex regulation into scalable, compliant operations.
Today, leading institutions like Vipps, Storebrand, Sparebank1, and British Land trust us to stay compliant and effectivise their AML operations. We operate as a B2B SaaS company with enterprise clients, complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and customers across the Nordics and the UK.
We are a scale-up with real traction, but without heavy corporate layers. We move fast, challenge each other, and quickly implement new technology, including AI tools like Claude, to improve how we think, build, and execute.
You’ll lead and scale Strise’s entire revenue engine.
Own ARR growth, pipeline coverage, and forecast accuracy
Lead a commercial team of 7 across Norway and the UK
Run disciplined pipeline reviews and qualification (MEDDPICC or similar)
You are hands-on in deals, carry your own quota, and actively shape the strategy together with your team
Refine ICP, segmentation, pricing, and GTM strategy
Travel regularly to customers across the Nordics and the UK
You would rather carry the number than comment on it from the sidelines
You get a pulse from building pipeline, not polishing quarterly decks
You understand MEDDPICC because you’ve lived it, not because you read about it
You would rather be in a customer’s office than in yet another internal alignment meeting
You get curious when AI tools show up and immediately test how they can give you an edge
Experience selling into regulated industries (banking, fintech, insurance, payments) is a strong plus, but not a must
You prefer commentary over accountability
You need a mature corporate machine before you perform
You treat forecasting as narrative rather than operational truth
You are more excited about the CRO title than the ARR target
Prefers a fast, iterative approach over slow, risk-averse processes
You thrive in change
Are thick-skinned and treat pushback as a puzzle to solve, not a signal to slow down
Cares deeply about taking action and getting things done
