We analyze performance, refine processes, and empower sales teams to reach their goals. By curating marketplace content and enhancing setup and copy, we maximize visibility and conversion.&nbsp;</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across commercial and cross-functional teams.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Build tools, automations, and dashboards to optimize performance and decision-making.</span></li>

Who You Are:&nbsp;</strong></span></div>

<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQL.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Hands-on, proactive problem solver who takes ownership from diagnosis to solution.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Detail-oriented, with a structured and solution-driven mindset.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Experience with coding or automation tools (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Google Cloud environment, Make, n8n, etc.).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce is a plus.</span></li>
