About the role
We are looking for a Founding Account Executive with 2-4 years of B2B SaaS sales experience to help build our go-to-market playbook from the ground up. You'll be instrumental in taking our proven product and turning it into a repeatable, scalable sales motion.
What will you be doing?
- Work directly with the founders to sell to operators in healthcare, logistics, and other ops-heavy industries.
- Build the GTM playbook that the next ten AEs will run.
- Sharpen the discovery script, tighten the demo, and refine customer segmentation.
- Source your own pipeline, run discovery calls, and help establish our initial CRM and RevOps processes.
- Collaborate with a peer founding AE to trade learnings and accelerate our growth.
Key Requirements
- 2-4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS sales experience.
- A track record of personally closing over $1M in new ARR in a single year.
- Technical fluency and the ability to explain how an AI agent works.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a rapidly evolving startup environment.
- Hunter instincts with a low ego, ready to build processes from scratch.
