We're hiring licensed California therapists (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) who want a stable caseload, consistent referrals, and the chance to make a real impact on student wellbeing. Choose between W-2 (full benefits) or 1099 (flexible contract). 100% remote. You do not have to be based in California to be eligible for this position, but you must be a licensed California therapist . Associate therapists are not eligible for this position. Key Benefits Competitive Compensation: W-2: $55,000–$115,000 annual (bi-weekly standardized payment) 1099: $70–$85 per session (plus no-show & late-cancel pay) Flexible Schedule: Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm) W2 Caseload Commitment: W-2 clinicians carry a caseload of 25 weekly slots (Monday-Friday 3pm-8pm PST), with a target of 17 completed sessions per week averaged across the month. Daybreak provides consistent referrals and scheduling assistance to help you reach this target consistently. W-2 full-time requires at least 25 time slots with a minimum of 17 completed sessions per week. 1099 contractors have a minimum of 5 sessions per week.
