Responsibilities): Participate in troubleshooting Implement continuous improvement projects Maintain system documentation Perform standard engineering test measurements according to standards. Prepare test samples according to methods and/or standards. Record test data Maintain housekeeping/safety standards Prepare test reports documenting the sample preparation, test methods, equipment, and conditions. Test samples disposal as required. Your Required Background (i.e. Must Haves): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar Knowledge of electrical and mechanical concepts Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) Knowledge using bench test equipment (DMMs, Force Tester, Pressure Gages, Hipot Tester, etc) 60% English Your Preferred Background (i.e. Nice to Haves): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or similar Experience in mechanical measurements in a Laboratory environment 1+ years’ experience in automotive industry validation laboratory environment Knowledge in Mechanical concepts (Force, Moments, Torque, Pressure, etc.) Familiarity with Automotive Products Validation Process and Terms.
