About the role
We are looking for a Senior GTM Recruiter with 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to own and scale hiring across all go-to-market functions at one of the fastest-growing healthcare AI companies. You'll be joining a team that's growing from 15 to 250+ people in under two years, with real budget, modern tools, and the autonomy to build world-class recruiting processes from the ground up.
What will you be doing?

Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Partnerships roles

Proactively source and build high-quality candidate pipelines through outbound recruiting, referrals, and market mapping

Partner with GTM leaders on headcount planning, hiring strategy, and candidate calibration

Drive hiring process excellence using data to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes

Leverage Ashby and AI-first recruiting workflows to automate and accelerate hiring
Key Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience hiring across go-to-market functions (Sales, CS, Marketing, Rev Ops)

Proven track record building and converting high-quality talent pipelines through proactive sourcing

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders on hiring strategy

Strong operational rigor — ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with data-driven process discipline
