About the Role
As a Talent Partner focusing exclusively on SMB, Field Sales hiring at Apna, you will drive all talent acquisition efforts for the SMB business vertical. Your primary responsibility will be to build a strong pipeline of high-caliber candidates for roles within the SMB segment, while collaborating closely with SMB business leaders to understand and meet their hiring needs.

What You'll own:
- Partner with SMB business leaders to understand and anticipate hiring needs across the SMB vertical.
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent for SMB roles.
- Run high-quality headhunting, passive sourcing, and research-driven searches specific to the SMB market.
- Build and maintain org maps, talent intelligence, and competitive insights for the SMB segment.
- Utilize market intelligence and data to inform recruiting decisions and drive proactive sourcing efforts for SMB roles.
- Screen, assess, and present candidates to SMB hiring managers, ensuring alignment with role requirements and business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with external networks, industry contacts, and potential candidates to create a diverse SMB talent pool.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for SMB roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve SMB recruitment processes and drive a positive candidate experience.

- Proven experience of 8+ in a talent acquisition role with a focus on SMB or business vertical hiring.
- Strong understanding of SMB business dynamics and the ability to assess candidates effectively for SMB roles.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills with SMB stakeholders and industry contacts.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment while managing multiple high-priority SMB searches.
