Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders. Experience developing and executing business strategies that drive growth, customer value, and organisational impact. Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, development, and performance management. Experience working within the Public Sector or in highly regulated industries. Extensive leadership experience within enterprise technology, digital transformation, cloud, software, or related industries. Experience leading managers and multi-disciplinary teams across sales and specialist functions. Strong understanding of Public Sector customers, including Education, Health, Government, or adjacent sectors. Demonstrated success engaging C-suite and executive stakeholders on large-scale transformation initiatives. Experience leading organisations through periods of change, growth, and innovation. Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, cloud technologies, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to translate innovation into customer value. Experience driving cross-functional collaboration across large, matrixed organisations.
