RESPONSABILITIES: Document warranty process flow for each customer. Access customer warranty database if required. Track product field performance and monitor early returns. Handle all aspects of warranty returns (log in tracker, move parts between teams, ship to suppliers/customers) Manage return part analysis, responsiveness and coordinate resources. Generate pareto charts for analysis and corrective actions. Document analysis reports for internal/external customers and lead reviews. Track and verify effectiveness of corrective actions. Document and share lessons learned to the organization. Provide costs estimates for warranty on quotes for new business. Validate warranty claims and dispute debits if required. Coordinate improvement plans to meet targets. Meet warranty budget for products assigned. Lead Warranty TNFs reduction projects. REQUIRED SKILLS: 5 years of experience in related roles 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry Advanced English Background in quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, operation management, program management or systems engineering. Electrical / Mechanical Engineering degree. Good communication skills - oral and written. Leadership and team skills. Ability to travel as necessary to support customers. PREFERRED
REQUIREMENTS: Statistical analysis, reliability knowledge, product testing. Structured problem solving skills ((8D, Green Belt, 5 Why's). Utilize MS Office tools. Experience with automotive electronics and software products. Product experience (prefer electrical).
