responsibilities: Lead and guide Bolt Food business in Poland, emphasizing team development and adaptability Assume responsibility for the P&L, steering revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Establish and expand operational processes, particularly concentrating on team development, refining sales strategies, and enhancing account management. Define and achieve OKRs, prioritizing growth, adaptability, and satisfaction among stakeholders (customers, restaurants, couriers). Utilize data analysis to optimize operational and financial performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every step. Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and HQ teams to tackle operational challenges and bolster product efficiency. About you: You embrace the concept of continuous improvement and have a knack for turning it into a reality. You're adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, organizing work effectively, and ensuring an enjoyable journey along the way. You have experience in roles focused on business development, entrepreneurial background, operations management, or general management. You exhibit strong leadership qualities, emphasizing team collaboration, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and Polish languages.
