About the role
Spectral Labs is building foundation models for engineering physical systems. We're looking for someone in GTM to take those models from research to revenue: choosing which customers we go after first, designing pilots that prove value on their parts, setting pricing with our founders, and closing deals. You bring 3–5 years selling technical products to engineering organizations, a record of closing enterprise deals, and the technical fluency to hold your own with engineers. Experience selling CAD, PLM, simulation, or AI software is a big plus. We're excited about people who can make an impact, whatever their background.
This is a fully in-person role at our office in SF, with travel to customers. Compensation and equity total $150–250k annually. We sponsor visas end-to-end, and benefits include health insurance (with a 100%-premium option), dental, a 401(k) match, and company-expensed meals and commuting.
About Spectral Labs
Spectral Labs is a spatial intelligence company building foundation models for the next generation of engineering design. Existing foundation models lack inherent spatial understanding and thus cannot meaningfully perform critical roles in engineering design and manufacturing. We train large models which lack these restrictions and can engineer physical systems. We believe our approach represents a significant step towards AI systems that can intelligently design and reason about physical systems.
