We are looking for a Senior Deployment Strategist with 5-10 years of experience to own large-scale AI platform deployments for health system clients. You'll lead end-to-end delivery for some of the largest provider organizations in the country, managing cross-functional pods and building direct relationships with C-suite executives to drive measurable margin improvements.
What will you be doing?
Owning the full implementation lifecycle for large strategic health system accounts — from scoping and discovery through go-live and value realization
Leading a pod of 2-3 junior Deployment Strategists and forward-deployed engineers, setting priorities and maintaining delivery momentum
Managing C-suite relationships (primarily CFOs) at multi-billion dollar health systems, facilitating executive business reviews and steering committees
Driving novel, consultative problem-solving — discovery, solutioning, and operational change management for customers who are deploying AI for the first time
Codifying deployment patterns into repeatable playbooks and feeding implementation learnings back into the product roadmap
Key Requirements
5-10 years of experience with meaningful time in healthcare consulting or AI/tech delivery to health systems (provider side specifically)
Proven executive presence and experience independently managing C-suite/VP-level client relationships — this is a hard requirement
Hands-on experience managing technical implementations (not purely strategy advisory), ideally involving AI or software delivery
Deep passion for healthcare provider organizations with a clear career pattern demonstrating commitment to the space
People management experience with ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Hospitals and clinics shouldn't have to choose between financial health and patient health. But today, they do.
Healthcare finance teams are drowning in manual data work—pulling numbers from multiple systems, building spreadsheets, answering endless questions from operators. By the time they finish analyzing last month's performance, they're already behind on this month's decisions.
The result? Finance leaders are forced to make difficult tradeoffs: cut services to stay solvent, or keep services running and risk financial instability.
What We Do
Translucent is healthcare's financial operating system. We automate the manual data work that consumes finance teams—connecting fragmented data sources, running analyses, and surfacing insights instantly.
Instead of spending days building reports, finance teams can focus on what matters: moving the margin and making strategic decisions that improve both financial performance and patient care.
Why It Matters
When healthcare finance teams have the financial clarity they need, hospitals can maintain strong margins while delivering excellent patient care. No more forced tradeoffs between the two.
We serve health systems and medical groups across the United States—from large multi-billion dollar organizations to small rural hospitals where every decision affects whether patients can access care locally.
Our Team & Backing
Translucent is backed by GV, NEA, FPV Ventures, Virtue, and Redesign Health. We're headquartered in New York City and bring together expertise in agentic AI, healthcare operations, and enterprise software.
