Compensation platform to prospective customers in the Chemical, Biotechnology, Health Care, and other technological industries in North America, explaining the technology platform based on the customer’s information system
requirements; Collaborate closely with KEEP’s leadership, marketing, and product teams to implement the sales process and provide sales support to customers; Work hands-on with prospects and customers to understand their company initiatives and map KEEP to their business needs; Demonstrate and communicate how KEEP solves the customers business problems throughout the sales cycle, from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation; Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position KEEP in relation to them; Design and manage the product and technical strategy in complex enterprise deals; Prospect strategically into target accounts to create pipeline and forecast the revenue; Effectively communicate and report the work to the rest of the business and deliver on the sales KPIs; Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to clients using KEEP by working closely with product management; Communicate customers feedback to product leadership to help with the research and development of new features, continuous improvement in product, and sales process. Tools: Sales CRM, Apollo.io, ClickUp and Figma. Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology or related field. Minimum Experience: Two (2) Years.
