What we're looking for?
We are seeking a product-minded Software Engineer with 1-5 years of experience, ideally from a high-growth startup or a notable tech company. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, possess strong engineering fundamentals, and have a proven track record of building and scaling production-grade applications. We're looking for someone with a strong background in Python or TypeScript, who is driven, scrappy, and ready to make a significant impact from day one.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement custom, scalable AI agent solutions for healthcare clients, working closely with Agent Product Managers to translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle for features and products, from initial design and development to testing and deployment.
- Work closely with founders and a world-class engineering team to make key technical decisions and contribute to our core platform.
- Build and maintain scalable software solutions that are compliant with HIPAA and other critical security standards.
- Operate with a high degree of autonomy, tackling complex problems and contributing to a forward-deployed engineering motion.
- Engage directly with healthcare professionals to understand their needs and tailor software solutions that solve real-world problems.
