About the role
What we're looking for:
We are seeking an experienced engineer with a strong background in deploying complex software and hardware systems in customer-facing environments. You should be comfortable taking full ownership of end-to-end product deployments in challenging, real-world settings like airfields, and have a track record of leading high-impact projects. Bonus points if you have experience in the aerospace or aviation industry.
What you'll do:
- Lead product deployments with our customers, taking ownership of product integrations and launches at airfields around the world.
- Take ownership of architecting tailored solutions that capture the nuances of a customer’s operation.
- Work closely with our internal engineering team to transfer field knowledge and provide a tight feedback loop from customers.
- Deploy, integrate, and manage Moonware software & hardware systems in the field, including IoT devices.
- Lead the launch, configuration, and ongoing success of our products, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers.
- Write and configure code, primarily using SQL, to set up the product for specific customer environments.
