You will be instrumental in building successful partnerships. Main tasks and responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively add new leads to our sales funnel, playing a vital role in expanding our market presence. Lead Management: Qualify, deduplicate, and score leads based on clear criteria to ensure an efficient and focused sales process. Outbound Sales: Execute targeted outreach to a carefully curated list of potential partners, helping to grow and strengthen our network. Administrative Work: Collect all necessary information and documents from partners promptly to guarantee a smooth transition to active operations. Data Maintenance: Accurately record, update, and verify all sales activities within our database to provide reliable insights. About you: You have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in retail, hospitality, or real estate sectors. You speak both Portuguese and English fluently, in both written and verbal forms. You have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. You are comfortable working independently and managing your own pipeline of leads and prospects. You are familiar with CRM tools and can maintain clean, organized sales data.
