Software Engineer - Product

San Francisco, United States
Full-time

About the role

We are looking for a Product Engineer with 4+ years of experience to own KPIs end-to-end and build AI-powered solutions that directly drive business outcomes at a lightning-fast pace. You'll work closely with business and operations teams at an AI-native insurance brokerage that's grown 100x in the past year, translating real problems into scalable products that ship the same week.

What will you be doing?

  • Owning one or multiple business KPIs and driving measurable improvements through AI-powered product features
  • Working directly with non-technical stakeholders (sales, service, underwriting) to identify problems and design scalable solutions
  • Building and shipping agentic AI systems, architectures (RAGs, MCPs), and automation across the full stack
  • Supporting live production systems with on-call responsibilities
  • Moving at hourly speed — prototyping, shipping, and iterating on features in hours, not days or weeks
