The Role We’re looking for an organized, technically-savvy generalist to join our Product Operations team for Summer 2026. Product Ops works closely with Sales and Customer Success to ensure every customer and prospect has a great product experience, from first demo through ongoing usage. This is primarily an operational role — the majority of your time (~75%) will be spent on account provisioning, demo preparation, and cross-functional coordination. You'll also contribute to content development within Adaptive's training products (~25%) through a summer project. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-obsessed, and excited about getting their hands dirty at a high-growth startup led by seasoned entrepreneurs.
