We are looking for a Founding Director of Growth with 8-12+ years of experience to define and build our growth engine from the ground up. We need a senior leader with zero-to-one startup experience who excels at demand generation, experiential marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM). You will be our first marketing hire, tasked with turning one-off activations into a scalable ecosystem of inbound lead generation. We are looking for someone who can bring their own playbooks to build trust at scale, run events, and eventually hire and manage a high-performing team.
