About the role
We're looking for a talented and ambitious fullstack engineer who's excited to build beautiful, intuitive user experiences that solve one of the toughest challenges in healthcare – helping providers understand and manage their financial operations. You'll play a key role in shipping features that delight users and make complex financial data accessible and actionable. You'll have an outsized impact on the company's trajectory, working directly on the features that define our product and drive customer delight. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to own features end-to-end and make a huge difference.
What you'll do:
- Design and build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using React and TypeScript that make complex financial workflows simple and delightful
- Own features end-to-end from concept to deployment, working across the full stack (React frontend, FastAPI backend) to ship quickly and iteratively
- Collaborate closely with designers, product, and customers to deeply understand user needs and translate them into elegant, functional experiences
- Build and refine core product features including dashboards, analytics visualizations, workflow tools, and AI-powered copilot interfaces
- Drive improvements to our design system, component library, and frontend architecture to enable the team to move faster
- Work with backend engineers to design clean APIs and data models that support great user experiences
- Actively contribute to building the team's product vision, technical roadmap, and engineering culture
