About the role
We are looking for a Founding Enterprise Account Executive with 5+ years of quota-carrying experience. We want a builder who has sold go-to-market technology to go-to-market buyers, at companies like Gong, HubSpot or Clay. You should be able to walk through a clear, detailed process for closing complex, multi-threaded six-figure deals. Apollo already closes enterprise deals through its mid-market team. Now it is creating a formal enterprise team, and the people who join will help write the playbook for how Apollo wins upmarket.
What will you be doing?
- Joining the senior manager and one enterprise AE to form Apollo's first true enterprise sales team, with a say in how territories and accounts are planned
- Running full-cycle enterprise deals into organizations with 1,000+ employees, typically worth $200K–$400K, including new logos, expansion and renewals
- Building relationships with Director, VP and C-suite buyers, mainly in RevOps, Sales and Marketing, using MEDDPICC and Command of the Message
- Helping create Apollo's enterprise sales playbook by turning what you learn from wins, losses and customer conversations into repeatable processes
- Working with Solutions Consulting, the BDR team, Customer Success and Product to build pipeline, increase adoption and grow accounts over multiple years
