You own delivery confidence for a distributed Canada–Vietnam engineering team - the cadence, the quality gates, and the escalation path that keeps two time zones moving without blocking each other. This isn't just ceremony facilitation with a metrics dashboard. You're accountable for whether the sprint lands, and you have the tooling and authority to see it coming before it doesn't.
