Qualifications:7-10+ years of total professional work experience3+ years of experience and knowledge directly in the startup and venture capital ecosystem3+ years of experience working within the technology industry (foundation model/Gen AI, game, auto, semiconductor, Fin-tech, SaaS, Healthcare, etc.)Passion for startups with innate desire to work with startup founders and help them growAbility to think and work creatively to develop unique value propositions for the local startups through collaboration with venture firms and investor communityStrong leadership with demonstrated ability to work effectively across internal and external organizationsDemonstrated BD mindset to help customers achieve business goals beyond just selling products/services and marketingExcellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and EnglishBachelor's degree requiredPreferred QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishStartup founder/CXO experienceMBA or equivalent from a top 20 schoolTechnical/Cloud background in software development, mobile Internet, or engineeringWell networked in the startup ecosystem and a regular at key startup events This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. *
