Your Role In your daily job you will: 1. Maintain MRP(Material Requirement Plan) type in SAP to make sure all master data correct in system 2. Analyze the weekly MRP result, archive an appropriate level of forecast accuracy 3. Release weekly order to vendor and follow up the ASN & GR (Advance Shipping Notice & Goods Receiving) 4. Review daily production plan & shortage list, propose action plan when materials supplying bottleneck occurs 5. Analyze inventory level, make proposal to control inventory 6. Analyze the transport cost and optimize shipping instruction 7. Follow ordering performance tracker and promote the vendor to improve the SOTD(Supply On Time Delivery) rate 8. Control ECN(Engineering Change Notice) materials 9. Propose action plan for E&O (Excess and Obsolete) materials Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your: 1. Bachelor degree or above 2. Familiar with Materials Planning and Inventory Control, Supply Chain Management. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills; 4. Sensitive to data; drive for results 5. Preferably spoken and written English 6.
